    Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

At the core of my research lies the exploration of bias through the lens of social and behavioral science, shedding light on its multifaceted impact on workplace dynamics. With our world and workplaces evolving to embrace greater diversity and globalization, I am deeply intrigued by the importance of comprehending the intricate ways biases rooted in nationality, race, gender, and socioeconomic status shape individuals' experiences of discrimination in professional settings

    Employee Resilience

My research endeavors are also deeply rooted in the exploration of employee resilience, encompassing a comprehensive investigation into its essence, cultivation, and consequential effects within organizational settings. Central to my inquiries is the quest to unravel the multifaceted nature of resilience: what defines it, how it can be nurtured, and the profound implications it holds for individuals when activated or overlooked.

    Employee Lifecycle

Finally, my research delves into the dynamics of employee experiences during transitional moments across the employment lifecycle. These pivotal junctures, ranging from the initiation of the job search process to the culmination of a career through voluntary or involuntary turnover, represent critical milestones that can profoundly impact individuals' well-being and career trajectories. By closely examining these transitional moments, I aim to uncover the unique challenges and opportunities they present for employees.
